Vance serves as Vice President of J. Musselman Construction, where he oversees all facets of the company’s operations with a distinctive hands-on approach. With over 20 years of industry experience—including tenures at Shelco Inc., Gilbert Southern Corporation, and Centex Homes—Vance ensures that senior leadership is directly involved in the success of every project.

Since joining the firm in 2007, Vance has been instrumental in the successful delivery of high-stakes projects across the healthcare, office, retail, and industrial sectors. A results-driven leader and graduate of Presbyterian College, he is recognized for his ability to navigate complex logistical challenges while consistently meeting strict budgetary and scheduling requirements.
